Elevating Reddit, Inc.’s Employer Brand
When I took over Reddit’s LinkedIn presence, it had a small following and a distinctly un-Reddit corporate vibe. Over 6+ years, I rebuilt it into one of the most distinctive brand voices on the platform and was an early pioneer in “brands doing LinkedIn right.”
I introduced a tone that merged Reddit’s self-aware, culturally fluent identity with the expectations of LinkedIn’s professional audience. The result was a channel that consistently outperformed industry benchmarks, earned recognition from press and platform partners, including Forbes, LinkedIn News, and Business Insider, and became an example of best-in-class community engagement. But, for me, one of my proudest moments is being shared in r/LinkedInLunatics. <3
